A session agenda built from the reviewer comments, annotated priorities for revision, and a written follow-up note capturing agreed next steps for the team.
Scope
Up to two hours of facilitated coaching plus preparation against the feedback documents you share. We help interpret comments and sequence revisions; we do not rewrite the application during the session.
