Working a deadline from Aomori time

Deadlines are local even when applicants are not. A portal that closes at 23:59 JST is not the same as one that closes at midnight in the programme’s home city.

When you request a Full Application Package Audit, we ask for the exact close time and time zone in the intake brief. That detail decides whether a five-day review still leaves you a revision weekend.

If your deadline is inside ten days, say so immediately. We will either protect a rush slot or tell you honestly that a deep package audit will not fit — a short statement intensive might.
