Process

One calm week between your drafts and the portal.

The custom rhythm for our audits of applications — especially the Full Application Package Audit — so you know when silence means reading, not neglect.

Why we publish the sequence

Applicants under deadline pressure often fear that quiet days mean nothing is happening. Here is what each stage is for, and what we need from you to keep the calendar honest.

Intake brief

You send programme name, exact deadline with time zone, prompts, and a document list. We confirm fee, turnaround, and whether a deep package audit still fits.

Document drop

Drafts arrive as PDF or editable files. Unfinished sections are fine; label them. We freeze the version under review so comments stay attached to what you actually sent.

Silent read

One sitting across the whole packet. No piecemeal comments yet. Contradictions and evidence gaps are logged before any sentence-level notes.

Findings memo

You receive a ranked memo plus margin notes. Blockers first, then clarity risks, then optional refinements. This is the core deliverable of the audit.

Clarification window

Email questions for a set number of days. An optional short call if a structural rewrite needs a conversation. Then the engagement closes so you can revise without open-ended dependency.
